Our Community Nutrition Worker delivers programs such as 'Creative Cooking', 'Community Kitchen' and facilitates a monthly speaker series 'Building Healthy Families'.

Our CNW will offer support and answer questions from parents and caregivers around nutritional choices and challenges. Some of the topics that will be discussed will include dealing with fussy eaters, preparing your own baby food for new and expectant parents and other nutritional topics as requested.

The CNW program is funded by the Regional Municipality of Waterloo.
