MORE THAN A BOOK SERIES!
The Tires, Wires, and Brakes Series is an exciting new tool for parents, educators, and professionals focused on self-regulation and co-regulation in the early years.
100% of the proceeds of each book sold goes back to Our Place to fund essential programs for families and their support networks.
When you join Opey, Molly, and Tinker in this four-part book series, you also join our initiative to support families!
& Brakes Series
Inspired by research into how our brains fuel our behaviours. When we, as caring adults, use our calm with children to co-regulate, children can then self-regulate and find their own calm.
The series uses relatable stories to support adults and children in talking about their emotions, their responses to new situations, and their brains. Caregivers and educators alike can respond to invitations along the way to stop, pause, reflect and navigate social, emotional, and early learning with children ages three to six.
